Gentle Yoga & Supportive Creative Expression at Threes Brewing in Greenpoint!
Join Vanyasa for a rejuvenating community event at Threes Brewing (Greenpoint) in Brooklyn, NY. Rejuvenate that midweek energy with a sweet community hangout space! Let's embrace a slow & stretchy yoga flow followed by a supportive space for art making in one of Greenpoint's best hangs.
Kelly, founder of Vanyasa Yoga & Community & yoga instructor, will be bringing a slice of the integrated healing and connection that Vanyasa is all about to the community space at Threes Brewing on Wednesday May 22, 2024 at 6:30 pm.
She will lead a 45 minute gentle yoga session, where we will lean into that sense of connection, turn inwards, and create ease in our bodies as we flow freely and without judgement. Afterwards, feel free to grab a drink from our friends at Threes Brewing, and then we will jump into our 1 hour guided creative expression activity, which will allow you to carry that grounded energy forwards and diver deeper into our intention with some creative processing! We will embrace creating freely (don't worry-- supplies, prompts, and some support is always provided!!)
This space encourages you to focus on the process of yoga and creating art above the pressure of creating a 'product'. We treasure the journey and the freedom in creative expression through our movement, bodies, and art above all else-- exploring whatever rises up and emerges along the way! Connect with new pals around you in this supportive co-created community space.

Don't worry if you're a 'beginner' in either yoga or art – this event is open to all folks, with love. So grab your yoga mat and join us at Threes Brewing for an opportunity to connect to Self, community, and creativity in a way that honors your inner alignment and sparks some peace and joy!
Event payment is on a sliding scale of $15-$35, so pay what you can using the donation option via tickets on this page. Your donation is greatly appreciated and allows this space to be built and stocked with supplies for the community. This event is non-refundable.
