


























October Retreat Outdoor Accommodations: Tent Camping (Deposit)
This is a non-refundable deposit to reserve a Tent Camper spot for the retreat at Callisto in High Falls, New York on Friday, October 11- Monday, October 14, 2024.
The camping accommodations for this October’s retreat will be in The Valley of Callisto. We will be amidst the breathtaking views of the Mohonk Mountain Range and sitting upon 88 acres of rolling hills, open fields, walking trails, and a diverse forest.
All campers are encouraged to bring their own coolers and food storage for the duration of the weekend- however, a limited number of food/perishables can be kept in the kitchen of the Main House as needed- keeping in mind, that it is a walk up to the house.
Tent Campers are required to bring all of their own camping gear. A suggested packing list will be sent out via email to all participants, and if you need additional help borrowing small things or sourcing out gear rentals, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Site Size:
You are welcome to tent camp with however many people you would like to fit in your tent.
Each participant will pay their flat price for the entire retreat- which includes access to the 88 acres of property for the 4 days/3 nights, two complementary community dinners (10/12 & 10/13), morning and evening yoga classes, creative arts supplies and activities, a hiking excursion, and many surprises along the way.
Pricing:
$350 per person for the entire retreat
Your $250 non-refundable deposit will go towards your total payment, and the rest will be due by August 11. If you are not paid in full by this date, your accommodation will be opened back up and made available to someone on the waitlist.
If you are booking with multiple people, each person in your group must pay their non-refundable deposit within 24-hours of purchase in order to fully reserve your groups tent site.
The best way to ensure you/your group reserves a tent site is to pay for all participant’s deposits in one order.
After you submit your deposit, I will reach out to you via email to confirm your registration (YAY! <3) and coordinate a plan with you/your group for the remaining payments via paypal or venmo.
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED.
By booking this tent site, you are choosing outdoor sleeping accommodations for the duration of the retreat weekend. There is a fully renovated barn on site that will provide an indoor gathering space if needed as weather permits. Be prepared for this to be a true, camping experience— it is a walk from the tent site up to the Main House, so set expectations and plan accordingly re: food and bathrooms. There will be a small outhouse down by the tents for folks to utilize. In the spirit of Community, the entirety of the common spaces in the house will be shared spaces, and because they are limited-the showers will be shared with folks as needed (respectable shower times, communication, and coordination will be encouraged on behalf of folks with en suite bathrooms <3)
